What Recruitcha GTM sends to Atlas
Recruitcha GTM sends hiring managers to Atlas as business-development contacts, not candidates. It checks for matching companies and contacts before creating anything, then attaches the hiring context to the record.
Find or create the company
Recruitcha GTM checks Atlas for the company using its LinkedIn URL, website, and name. If there is no match, it creates a company record.
Match the contact
Recruitcha GTM checks for the hiring manager by email and LinkedIn profile. It updates an existing person or creates a new BD contact assigned to the Atlas user you connected.
Attach the hiring context
The contact includes the role their company posted, a link to the job, and the Recruitcha GTM campaign that found them.
Add the contact to an opportunity
When Add contact to opportunity is selected, Recruitcha GTM attaches the hiring manager to a new Atlas opportunity or one you pick. Later exports can keep using the same opportunity.

Connect Recruitcha GTM to Atlas
Paste your Atlas API key in the integrations modal, choose what happens when new hiring managers are exported, and send contacts one way into Atlas.
Connect Atlas
Enter your Atlas API key and the email of an active Atlas user. Recruitcha GTM verifies both, because every contact added is attributed to that user.
Choose what to export
Add as contact creates or updates hiring managers as company contacts in Atlas. Add contact to opportunity attaches them to a new or existing opportunity. Select either option, or both. At least one must be on.
