RecruitlyRecruitly describes itself as the AI operating system for recruitment agencies: CRM, ATS, sourcing, and marketing in one platform and one database, built for external agencies and staffing firms. Recruitcha GTM is the layer in front of it: it finds the right hiring managers from live demand and warm paths in your network, so Recruitly starts with people worth managing.
Recruitly runs the ATS, the sales CRM with clients, contacts, and deals, sourcing, and email campaigns on one database, so business development sits with delivery instead of in another tab.
It is made for external recruitment agencies, from solo recruiters and boutique firms to executive search and staffing desks, so a hiring manager can be worked in the same system as the jobs and placements that follow.
Continuous prospecting
You define the roles, locations, industries, and hiring managers to target. Recruitcha GTM prospects in the background every day, within and outside your network, and sends qualified hiring managers to Recruitly as they are found.
Source fresh ATS roles, plus roles still open after 35-50 or 65-100 days, with qualified hiring managers identified automatically.
Get notified as soon as the companies you care about start hiring, with hiring managers identified automatically.
Track when a hiring manager recently joined a company or started a new position in your target market.
Keep track of specific people in your network and get notified as soon as they show hiring activity, so you can reach out while the timing is right.
Send each qualified hiring manager into Recruitly with LinkedIn, role, company, and hiring context attached. Export once at the click of a button, or stream new leads automatically as Recruitcha GTM finds them.
Recruitcha GTM looks for the hiring company in Recruitly by name, and creates it, with its domain, only when it does not exist yet, to avoid duplicating companies already in Recruitly.
The contact holds name, title, LinkedIn, and company, plus email and phone when available. If that person is already in Recruitly, Recruitcha GTM matches them by email or LinkedIn and updates the existing record.
Each contact gets a note with the signal behind it and why now is the right time to reach out. For job signals, that includes the job details, posting date, and application link.
If you add matching custom fields on Contacts in Recruitly, such as the role posted or job location, Recruitcha GTM fills them in for the columns you export.
Setup
You need an active Recruitcha GTM account and a Recruitly API key. Generate one in Recruitly under My Profile, then API Keys, then Generate New Key. Recruitly cannot create custom fields through its API, so any custom fields you want filled are added in Recruitly first, as text fields on Contacts.
Toggle on Recruitly in Settings, then paste the API key you generated in Recruitly. The connection is live, so you do not rebuild lists as CSVs.
Set the roles, locations, industries, company sizes, and hiring-manager profiles you want to target.
New hiring managers stream into Recruitly as qualified roles are identified, or you can send a batch in one click.
FAQ
Winning clients is the lifeblood of a recruitment agency, but business development stalls when the candidate side of the desk gets busy. Recruitcha GTM monitors and qualifies hiring signals in a specific market, so there is a steady stream of new client opportunities within and outside your network.
Qualified hiring managers that match the targeting on a Recruitcha GTM signal where Recruitly is the export destination. You control the job titles, locations, employment types, industries, company sizes, and hiring-manager roles. Each person sent has a LinkedIn URL or email, a name, and a company.
As contacts linked to their company by default, or as Leads if you prefer. The contact holds name, title, LinkedIn, and company, plus email and phone when available. The signal behind each contact is on the note, including the job details, posting date, and application link for job signals.
Recruitcha GTM checks for an existing contact and company first, and updates or reuses them when it finds a match. Contacts are matched by email or LinkedIn, and companies by name.
Recruitly does not allow custom fields to be created through its API. Add the fields you want filled on Contacts in Recruitly, as text fields, and Recruitcha GTM writes to those that match by name. Fields without a match are skipped. The signal behind each contact is always on the note.

Yes. On Monitor Jobs, stale roles sit alongside fresh ones: jobs posted 35-50 days ago, and jobs posted 65-100 days ago. The signal also picks up roles as they reach those ages. A requisition still unfilled after months is often the better business-development conversation.
No. Recruitcha GTM works across finance, accounting, engineering, healthcare, energy, logistics, media, manufacturing, and government as well as tech. The filters are what narrow it, so a niche desk sees a niche feed.
