You need an active Recruitcha GTM account and a Recruiterflow API key. Keys are issued by Recruiterflow support, not generated in the app. Request one in Recruiterflow chat or at help@recruiterflow.com.

Toggle on Recruiterflow in Settings, then paste your API key. The connection is live, so you do not rebuild lists as CSVs.
